If you don’t see a flavor it would be considered custom, so just ask and I’ll see if I can do it for you! Most of my more common recipes are first on this list, with the specialty and seasonal recipes taking up the bottom portion. Any standard cake recipe can be 2 or 3 layers; it’s the same amount of cake for either choice. The default will always be 2 layers, unless specified. Examples of both can be found in the images below. All of the cakes shown are a standard 8″ round cake, and serve about 12-14 people. The cupcakes shown are standard (not mini) size.
There are 3 tiers of prices, based on the amount of ingredients/work involved. Each tier section is roughly organized by most commonly ordered recipe to the less commonly ordered ones.
If you are looking to order a basic smash cake, they are 4in rounds at $20 and come in Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet, or Lemon. If you are already ordering a larger cake (10in or more) of the 4 available flavors, the smash cake is free. For custom decorated ones, however, please contact me.
TIER 1 PRICING:
Vanilla Bean: Vanilla bean cake with vanilla buttercream
Ultimate Chocolate: Dark chocolate cake, with chocolate mousse buttercream and topped with chocolate shavings (cake only) or mini chip garnish (cupcakes only)
Red Velvet: Red velvet cake, with cream cheese flavored icing
Luscious Lemon: Lemon cake, with lemon cream cheese flavored icing, lemon jelly topping (no jelly on cupcakes) and lemon drop garnish
Banana Nut: Banana-walnut cake, with cinnamon buttercream and topped with walnut garnish
Mocha Delight: Chocolate-coffee cake, with espresso buttercream and topped with coffee bean garnish
Vanilla Latte: Coffee cake, with vanilla-espresso buttercream and topped with coffee bean garnish
White Chocolate: White chocolate cake, with white chocolate buttercream and topped with white chocolate shavings (cake only) or mini chip garnish (cupcakes only)
Matcha (Green Tea): Green tea butter cake, with green tea buttercream and topped with a green tea powder
Maple Crème: Maple Cake, with vanilla buttercream
Cinnamon Roll: Cinnamon swirl cake, with cream cheese flavored icing
Earl Grey Tea: Earl grey infused cake with vanilla buttercream
Rose Petal: Rose flavored cake with vanilla buttercream

Carrot Cake: Carrot cake with ginger cream cheese flavored icing (also baked with pecans and raisins)
Spice Cake: Spiced cake, with maple buttercream and cinnamon garnish
Coconut Rum: Coconut cake, bake with rum, with white chocolate cream cheese flavored icing and topped with toasted coconut garnish (removing the rum will make this a Tier 1 priced item)
Xocolatl (Spicy Aztec Chocolate): Spicy chocolate cake, with spicy chocolate buttercream, and topped with chili mango garnish
Peanut Butter: Peanut cake, with chopped peanut filling, covered with peanut butter buttercream
Peanut Butter & Jelly: Vanilla cake, with choice of jam filling, covered with peanut butter buttercream
TIER 3 PRICING:
Peanut Butter Cup: Dark chocolate cake, with chopped peanut butter cup filling, covered with peanut butter buttercream and topped with peanut butter cup garnish (no filling in cupcakes)
Salted Caramel Crunch: Vanilla cake, with pecan filling and caramel buttercream, topped with salted caramel and side-coated with crushed pecans (topped with pecans for cupcakes)
Chocolate Salted Pretzel: Dark chocolate cake, with pretzel filling and caramel buttercream, topped with salted caramel and side-coated with crushed pretzels (topped with pretzels for cupcakes)
Butterbeer: (a must have for any Harry Potter fan!) Cream soda cake, with vanilla-butterscotch flavored buttercream, topped with butterscotch ganache topping, and side coated with toffee bits (topped with toffee for cupcakes)
German Chocolate: Dark chocolate cake, with coconut-pecan filling (cake only) and chocolate mousse buttercream, topped with coconut-pecan filling
Black Forest: Dark chocolate cake, with both a chocolate mousse buttercream filling and kirsch soaked cherries in vanilla Italian buttercream filling, covered with vanilla Italian buttercream and topped with cherries and chocolate shavings garnish (no chocolate buttercream in cupcakes; cupcakes have cherry filling and vanilla buttercream, with same toppings as cake)
Toasted S’mores: Graham cracker cake, with chocolate ganache filling, covered with toasted marshmallow buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache topping and toasted marshmallow garnish
Coconut Curry Cashew: Coconut cake, with coconut-cashew filling and curried buttercream, topped with coconut-cashew topping (no filling in cupcakes)
Champagne: Champagne flavored cake, with champagne pastry cream filling, covered with champagne flavored buttercream
Quatro Leches(Best of Show winner at the 2014 California Desert Empire State Fair!): Similar to the classic Tres Leches cake. All 3 milks, plus a fourth milk (coconut), are baked into the cake, then covered with mango buttercream
Lemon Sour Cream Pound Cake (with Limoncello icing): Lemon pound cake, made with sour cream, and topped with limoncello glaze icing
Cream Cheese Coffee: Butter-cream cheese pound cake, with cream cheese flavored icing, and topped with brown sugar streusel topping
Sour Cream Crumb: Butter-sour cream cake, baked with fresh cranberries, with cream cheese flavored icing, and topped with brown sugar streusel topping and cranberry garnish
Guinness: Dark chocolate-sour cream cake, baked with Guinness stout and with cream cheese flavored icing
