If you don’t see a flavor it would be considered custom, so just ask and I’ll see if I can do it for you! Most of my more common recipes are first on this list, with the specialty and seasonal recipes taking up the bottom portion. Any standard cake recipe can be 2 or 3 layers; it’s the same amount of cake for either choice. The default will always be 2 layers, unless specified. Examples of both can be found in the images below. All of the cakes shown are a standard 8″ round cake, and serve about 12-14 people. The cupcakes shown are standard (not mini) size.
There are 3 tiers of prices, based on the amount of ingredients/work involved. Each tier section is roughly organized by most commonly ordered recipe to the less commonly ordered ones.
If you are looking to order a basic smash cake, they are 4in rounds at $20 and come in Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet, or Lemon. If you are already ordering a larger cake (10in or more) of the 4 available flavors, the smash cake is free. For custom decorated ones, however, please contact me.
TIER 1 PRICING:
Vanilla Bean: Vanilla bean cake with vanilla buttercream
Ultimate Chocolate: Dark chocolate cake, with chocolate mousse buttercream and topped with chocolate shavings (cake only) or mini chip garnish (cupcakes only)
White Chocolate: White chocolate cake, with white chocolate buttercream and topped with white chocolate shavings (cake only) or mini chip garnish (cupcakes only)
Coconut Rum: Coconut cake, bake with rum, with white chocolate cream cheese flavored icing and topped with toasted coconut garnish (removing the rum will make this a Tier 1 priced item)
Peanut Butter Cup: Dark chocolate cake, with chopped peanut butter cup filling, covered with peanut butter buttercream and topped with peanut butter cup garnish (no filling in cupcakes)
Salted Caramel Crunch: Vanilla cake, with pecan filling and caramel buttercream, topped with salted caramel and side-coated with crushed pecans (topped with pecans for cupcakes)
Chocolate Salted Pretzel: Dark chocolate cake, with pretzel filling and caramel buttercream, topped with salted caramel and side-coated with crushed pretzels (topped with pretzels for cupcakes)
Butterbeer: (a must have for any Harry Potter fan!) Cream soda cake, with vanilla-butterscotch flavored buttercream, topped with butterscotch ganache topping, and side coated with toffee bits (topped with toffee for cupcakes)
Black Forest: Dark chocolate cake, with both a chocolate mousse buttercream filling and kirsch soaked cherries in vanilla Italian buttercream filling, covered with vanilla Italian buttercream and topped with cherries and chocolate shavings garnish (no chocolate buttercream in cupcakes; cupcakes have cherry filling and vanilla buttercream, with same toppings as cake)
Toasted S’mores: Graham cracker cake, with chocolate ganache filling, covered with toasted marshmallow buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache topping and toasted marshmallow garnish
Quatro Leches(Best of Show winner at the 2014 California Desert Empire State Fair!): Similar to the classic Tres Leches cake. All 3 milks, plus a fourth milk (coconut), are baked into the cake, then covered with mango buttercream
Sour Cream Crumb: Butter-sour cream cake, baked with fresh cranberries, with cream cheese flavored icing, and topped with brown sugar streusel topping and cranberry garnish
Peppermint Crunch: Chocolate or white chocolate-peppermint cake, with crushed peppermint filling and peppermint buttercream, topped with crushed peppermint garnish (no filling in cupcakes)
Pimm’s Cake: Vanilla-almond cake, with fresh strawberry filling and orange buttercream, infused with Pimm’s syrup and garnished with fresh strawberries, orange zest, cucumbers, and mint leaves
Chocolate-Orange Cointreau: (Chocolate cake, infused with orange Cointreau, covered and filled with orange Cointreau buttercream, and topped with candied orange garnish)
Double Truffle Guinness: (Dark molasses cake, infused with Guinness, covered and filled with a honey-ginger buttercream, and topped with a Guinness-hazelnut ganache)
