Tarts and pies come standard 9″ in diameter. Tarts are $16.00 each and pies are $20.00 each. If you need a different size (ie. tartlets) it is considered custom and you will need to get in touch with me.

Key Lime: Lime sweet crust filled with tart lime filling and topped with toasted meringue
Caramel Nut: Sweet crust filled with a salted caramel and various chopped nuts
Flourless Chocolate Torte: A rich, dense chocolate cake for those who can’t tolerate wheat or gluten.
Fruit Tart: Sweet crust filled with vanilla filling and baked with seasonal fruit (fruit changes depending on season)
Caramel-Cashew-Chocolate: Chocolate cookie crust filled with a salted caramel and chopped cashews, topped with a dark chocolate ganache and coarse salt
